Terms & Conditions for Dollar Off and Percent Off Promotions

All purchases must meet the minimum requirement in merchandise value (not including taxes, shipping & handling, or any other fees), as stated in the promotion, to qualify.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts including custom pricing, truckload pricing, prompt pay discounts or Deal Room discounts using our "Make Your Offer" tool.
Offers cannot be applied to custom decorating orders or labels.
Offers cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
Offers are valid until 11:59:59 pm Central on the expiration date stated in the promotion.
Promotional offers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Dollar off/percent off promotions that include Free Parcel Shipping are subject to additional terms and conditions found below.

Terms & Conditions for Free Parcel Shipping Promotions

Online only.
Orders ship via the PARCEL CARRIER of our discretion (FedEx ground is our default).
Orders must contain $250 or more in merchandise value (not including taxes, shipping & handling, or any other fees), as stated in the promotion, to qualify.
Orders weighing greater than 150 lbs., or containing items purchased in a quantity equal to or exceeding a pallet, will ship via motor freight and are not eligible for this promotion. We do not offer a "shipping credit" on orders that ship via motor freight.
Offer is restricted to orders shipping within the continental U.S. International orders and orders shipping to customers in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (or any such U.S. protectorates) are not eligible.
Certain oversized items may be excluded from Free Parcel Shipping.
Orders will ship complete. If a customer chooses to have an order ship partial, Free Parcel Shipping applies to the first shipment only. Charges apply to all additional partial shipments.
Customers are responsible for shipments that are refused at the time of delivery, or that experience three failed delivery attempts. All such fees are customer's responsibility.
Offer is nullified if we deem a customer's behavior to be "abusive". For example, customers may not split one large order shipping motor freight into separate small orders.

No minimum purchase required for labels. Two sheet minimum for tamper-evident strips.
