PAYMENT : What is a pre-authorization?
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on a credit card that reserves funds for a future payment transaction. A pre-authorization lasts seven days. During the pre-authorization hold period, the funds are not available to the account holder. However, no money has been debited in the pre-authorization, the funds are simply reserved. When an order ships, payment is finalized, and funds are captured and converted to a charge against the account. If your order is cancelled before shipments are made against the order, the pre-authorization will expire, and funds will not be collected.

Berlin Packaging is legally obligated to collect taxes on all shipments to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming shipments.
Proof of tax exemption must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org when order is placed.
SHIPPING : Charges
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates. For freight estimates, contact Customer Care at 800-363-9822.
SHIPPING : Expedited Delivery
Upon request, we can expedite your shipment using FedEx or UPS. Cutoff time is 2:00 PM, CST. Additional charges may apply.
SHIPPING : Delivery Time
In stock items ship within 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise noted. During inventory, holiday and other busy periods, shipping may be delayed by a week or more. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.
SHIPPING : Tracking Orders
Tracking numbers for all parcel orders are emailed to customers when the order has shipped. Tracking numbers for LTL shipments can be furnished upon request. Contact Customer Care at 800.363.9822 or CustomerCare@berlinpackaging.com.
SHIPPING : International
Orders shipping internationally require a minimum merchandise purchase of $100. All international orders require a certified cashiers check drawn on a US bank in US dollars or electronic fund transfer before product will ship (credit cards & money orders are not accepted). Freight charges are calculated at time of shipment. Please read our shipping & handling and international articles for more information on freight charges. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in destination country.
SHIPPING : Drop/Blind Shipments
We can drop ship & send blind shipments upon request. Please indicate your request in the comment section of your online order or mention your request to a customer care advocate when ordering by phone.
SHIPPING : Free Parcel Shipping
Only orders that can be shipped via FedEx parcel are eligible for free parcel shipping. Heavy, fragile, oversized and bulk orders typically do not qualify for parcel shipping. Your shopping cart will reflect accurate shipping costs. See Terms & Conditions for details.
