8 oz Clear Glass Mason Jars with Silver Metal Screw Top Cap

These 8 ounce Mason Jars are ideal for fresh preserving recipes such as salsas, syrups, sauces, fruits and vegetables. Jars have a rounded square shape and are debossed on adjacent sides with "MASON" and graduation marks "1/3" and "2/3 Cups". Silver metal 1-piece screw top cap with plastisol liner included. Use for hot fill < 190 degrees F. Not intended for microwave use.

Max Filling Temperatures: Recommended for hot fill <190 degrees F. To avoid breaking the jar, do not change the temperature faster than 100 degrees F per hour.

Container withstands autoclaving - sterilizing by achieved through high-pressure saturated steam and heat.
