Bullet Bottles

Berlin Packaging sells a variety of bullet bottles that are suitable for beverage and cosmetic products. Also known as Cosmo bottles, they are symmetrical with a tall, slender shape. The bottles come in aluminum, polyethylene terephthalate plastic (PET), and high-density polyethylene plastic (HDPE). Several colors and finishes are also available, depending on the chosen material.

Versatile Cosmo Round Bottle Materials

Aluminum bottles are lightweight, resistant to corrosion, and work well for packaging light-sensitive products like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or beverages. A non-toxic packaging material, aluminum will not taint product flavor. Plastic bullet bottles are lightweight, durable, and stable, offering an appealing aesthetic on the shelf. HDPE bottles are flexible, have a wide thermal tolerance, and are suitable for products with an acidic or caustic base. PET bullet bottles are shatterproof and provide a glossy, glass-like look without the weight. PET plastic can be used for consumable products.

Available Caps for Bullet Bottles

Some bottles come in a set with a pre-selected cap for convenience. Cap options will vary depending on the bottle opening size. Fine mister caps are suitable for spraying highly viscous products. Pump caps work well for thicker products, such as moisturizing hand lotions or shampoo. Disc-top caps have the benefit of snapping closed to reduce product waste. Simple screw caps make it easier to pour thicker products.
