A drum handler, dispensing station, and spill containment all in one. Holds up to 600 lbs to cover most applications. Lightweight with rolled-grip handle makes lifting easy. 80-gallon sump meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175. Also includes safety strap to secure drum load.
