This product has been manufactured to be child-resistant capable.* Droppers require two separate motions to open, push down and twist. Use instructions are imprinted on cap "Close Tightly - To Open Push Down & Turn." These droppers were tested according to the Poison Prevention Act Standard 1700.20.
