Three Quality Objectives

 

99% On-time Delivery

Our goal is to achieve on-time delivery for at least 99% of our warehouse shipments every month of every year.

 

Product Quality

Our goal is to have at least 99.2% of product shipments meet all customer requirements and needs.

 

Strategic Planning Reviews

Our goal is to meet with customers in formal business reviews to quantify the value we provide. In 2010, we helped our top customers generate a record $56.9 million of quantified profit. Those profits reflect improvements in customers' top-line sales as well as pricing, freight, quality, and productivity benefits related to their packaging activities.
